Custom R/C car wheels

3dprintuk were asked to replicate the a set of alloy wheels of a customer's real car so that they could have them on their remote controlled car. The customer sent in a photo of the wheel and the dimensions, and we did the rest.

The wheels were printed on our Objet machine.

Dimensions: 52mm x 52mm x 26mm

Prototype Snowboard Binding

3dprintuk were asked to make a model for Thomas Balaguer of his snowboard binding concept. To cut costs, we reduced the size of the binding to a half scale version. The detail and quality of the model was spot on even after the size reduction.

Exhibition model of a solar panel

3dprintuk were asked to design and build and exhibition model that was to be displayed in the Science Museum in London. After previous quotes of £10,000+ for other modelling techniques, we managed to get the job done for around £700.

The model was printed the ZCorp machine.
